JOB PURPOSE
Under the supervision of the Manager, Operations Quality and Monitoring (OQM) Division, the reporter will deliver the functions of the OMC Secretariat, and prepare the minutes, proceedings, and briefing reports of the meetings held in the Operations Complex of the Bank. Furthermore, the reporter will participate in and cover all the regular meetings and knowledge-sharing events, and any other events organized by the Operations Complex.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
The reporter will undertake the following tasks.
• Take notes of the proceedings of the meetings and capture content accurately and to a sufficient level of detail.
• Prepare the minutes of the meetings in clear, concise, and as per the agreed format within 2 days after the meeting is held.
• Prepare monthly reports of the meetings briefs (as per the agreed format) of all the meetings attended within the month.
• Prepare reports or undertake assignments as assigned by the Manager, OQM relevant to the conduct of the Operations Management Committee Secretariat.
• Prepare presentations as required.
ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Degree in a relevant discipline, ideally in English, technical writing, or communications
• At least three (3) years of progressively advanced experience in writing, editing, and proofreading technical documents on several topics and sectors.
• Proficiency in computers, especially Microsoft Office suite applications.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English is required.
• Previous working experience with international organizations is desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Languages needed: English
