Internship Objective
The internship aims to provide students with practical experience in human resources operations, digital transformation initiatives, and organizational processes within a professional work environment. Interns will support activities related to HR data management, reporting, documentation, process improvement, digitalization, and operational efficiency, while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Scope of Work
The intern will complete 120 hours over 3 months, supporting the HRMD Digital Transformation & Operations teams in:
- Assisting with employee data entry, file audits, and documentation in SAP ECC / SuccessFactors.
- Scheduling training workshops and HRIS sessions.
- Updating HR service-desk tickets (Jira) and tracking grievance / inquiry status.
- Drafting template-based communications.
- Preparing basic PowerPoint slides, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Shadowing HR analytics staff to learn KPI monitoring & dashboard upkeep.
- Participating in team meetings, sharing insights from academic HR courses, and completing an end-of-internship reflection report.
