KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Manage the Director’s calendar, respond to inquiries as appropriate, and provide administrative support by presenting information on projects and services, including explaining technical capabilities in a clear and accessible manner.
• Conduct research and gather relevant data related to meeting discussions to ensure proper understanding of issues and follow up as required.
• Support the preparation of the Department’s annual budget plan.
• Process purchase requisitions (PRs) through SAP.
• Submit travel requests and process expense settlements for the Director’s official missions.
• Draft and finalize correspondence and documentation for the Director’s review and approval via DocuSign.
• Assist in coordinating, reviewing, and finalizing reports submitted to BED.
• Support division heads in the preparation of presentations.
• Assist the team in planning and organizing events, workshops, and capacity development activities.
• Organize and streamline workflows to ensure an efficient and productive work environment.
• Manage the SBCP dashboard within the Jira system.
• Serve as the focal point for stakeholders and employees regarding system-related matters.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director, SBCP.

 


ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant experience in executive or administrative support.
• Professional certification in administration or project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP, or equivalent) is an advantage.
